Please send us an e-mail or call if you are interested in purchasing an animal, as all animals are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Payments:
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), money orders, personal checks (please allow 10 days to clear) and online payments through Paypal.

When you make your payment, please provide us with your shipping address, zip code and phone number.
Once payments have been received and processed, we will contact you to arrange shipping.
Holds, Deposits and Cancellations:
With a 25% non-refundable deposit, animals can be placed on hold for up to 7 days. Full payment arrangements must be made during this time period, not to exceed a 30 days hold.
With payment in full we will hold an animal for up to 30 days, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to hold a gecko as long as needed if we feel shipping conditions are not favorable.
We reserve the right to decline a sale for any reason, at our discretion.
Payment Plans:
We are open to arranging payment plans for purchases. All payment plans are arranged on a case by case basis and require a minimum purchase of $250. Please contact us for details.
Packing and Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the U.S. through UPS, USPS or FedEx Overnight for a flat rate of $45 for orders over $200. All other orders are billed for exact shipping costs through UPS or FedEx.

*Please note that UPS 10:30 delivery is not available in all areas, please inquire if you are concerned about arrival times.
We ship all our packages in brand new insulated boxes. In extreme temperature situations we may use heat packs or cool packs to keep the temperatures ideal for the animals. We will not ship in temperatures below 40 F, or above 90 F.
Our Guarantees:
We guarantee our animals to be as described or better and 100% healthy and feeding at the time they are shipped.
We want you to be 110% satisfied, so please contact us immediately if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we will make it right.
- Our Replacement Guarantee is valid for 72 hours after delivery, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with you purchase, please contact us immediately. If we do not hear from you within this time frame we will assume you are satisfied with your order.
- Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid for all the packages we ship. Your animals are guaranteed to arrive live and healthy. *You must be available to sign for your animal(s) on the first delivery attempt at 10:30 or our this guarantee is null and void.
- Our Health Guarantee is valid for a full 14 days after purchasing an animal from us. This guarantee is only valid if you follow the care guidelines outlined on our care sheets for each species.
*The geckos we work with are temperature sex determined. We can only guarentee the sex of our animals when marked as visually sexed on our available page.
Important Information:
All replacements and refunds are at our discretion and are made on a case by case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the animal(s) arrive deceased. *Please photograph such animals and contact us immediately if this is the case. In the event of a carrier related tragedy, we will either give you a credit, or offer you a replacement animal of equal value (when available).
You must be 18 years of age or have parental permission to purchase animals from PacHerp.
You must be available to sign for your animal(s) on the first delivery attempt or our Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void.
